just trying to give you some data, no analysis other than that the ruyan claim per cig appears consistent with the fda data for the heavier-hitting cigs, at upwards of 1.5 mg absorbed per cig.
High pg % helps throat hit, as does high nic value, while high vg% leads to more vapor, more "lung hit". If you don't have any pg issues (no allergies), an 80% pg/20% vg mix is pretty popular, though in my own diy for tobacco flavor i'm using 90% pg.
