micro coil on nimbus and Natural mech mod.

Hi, I'm fairly new to micro coils and thought I would give it a shot on my nimbus. I'm using a Smoktech Natural mech mod, I have noticed it takes awhile to heat the coils, is it because of the quality of my mech mod?

What guage wire are you using?

I'm using Kanthal A1 .30mm Wire. 28AWG

Lets see some pics! My daily mod is a Natural Telescoping and I typically run a .8Ω micro-coil in a ProTank II using 7 wraps of 28g kanthal, but sometimes I'll throw on a dripper with a micro-coil or a dual setup and the mod works great. It seems like you might have set it up wrong. Just throw a picture up here and let us know what guage wire you are using and what you are wrapping the coil around and any number of us will be able to help you out.

What's the resistance of your coil? The higher your resistance, the longer it takes to heat up.
