Welcome nansea!

I learned to rebuild my EVOD coils (kanger heads) from reading the following:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/coil-builds/432047-my-bad-pictorial-evod-rewicking-cotton-recoiling.html

and

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/brookj1986/6066-simple-protank-coil-replacement.html

BEFORE you get started, please read the blogs from Baditude: E-Cigarette Forum - Baditude - Blogs

He explains a lot of things related to Ohm's Law that will give you some initial footing before you launch into rebuilding. Also, DO NOT fire a coil you've built unless you can confirm the resistance and whether or not it's safe for your device. A device like an iTaste VV3 or MVP2 has a built-in ohmmeter that can check resistance without applying power to the coil. A dedicated ohmmeter would be better.

Rebuilding coils can be very satisfying, even on an EVOD (which is what I've been doing for almost seven months now :))

Good luck!

Great information thanks so much, I have begun looking through it. Husband has a ohm meter and made a coil that was 2ohm and used cotton and WOW what a difference it made! My favorite juice tasted better than ever. I think I dont like silica taste much. Your right it IS so satisfying AND fun to build. After kids go sleeping all we do lately is read and watch videos about vaping, we are having a ball. The Kanger had a huge problem with flooding maybe this will cure it. Again thanks for your support.
