Can anyone out there tell me how I would wire up the micro usb charging chip from newegg into my unregulated box mod. It's parallel 18650 and I would like to be able to just plug the box in rather than have to pull the batteries to charge them. And will I need any other kind of components to do this or just the chip and some wire? Where exactly would I solder the chip leads? Thanks everyone!

Just solder the positive to the battery positive connector and the negative to the negative battery connector.
Is that really all there is. I was hoping it was that easy but then I was thinking if I do that then when I'm vaping, all those amps will be flowing through the chip then too right? It will be ok to hold a 40amp+ load flowing through it? And also, will it be possible to vape while it's charging too?
I've been wondering about that too, also how would I know when it's fully charged? Led?

Is that schematic showing the NEG wire connected to gain side of the mosfet? I thought the neg was connected to the drain leg
There's no "gain" side on a mosfet. There is a gate, drain and source. The negative from the battery goes to the source, the drain goes to the negative on the 510 connector.
The wiring depends on whether it is an n-channel or p-channel mosfet. That is correct for an n-channel mosfet switching the negative power leg. This is the preferred method.

One bit of advice: a bit of epoxy cementing the USB port to the board itself will make it last. I eventually broke two of these little boards from normal use. Once I started reinforcing the charger port, they have been reliable and lasting. 
Thank you everyone for the great information. I assume that the chip will be fine as far as how many amps I'm pulling off of the batteries. That was my biggest concern.
That's a good tip Johnny. I ordered 5 charging boards a few weeks ago and they should be here tomorrow. Get this, they took 5 days to get from China to Chicago and 9 days to get from Chicago to Central Wisconsin.
