Might be a silly question about ego cones but dunno

I have a Vamo VV in gunmetal and i use the boge or smok-tech xl cartomizers. Can I use a cone mainly for asthetics? It such a nice looking device but i'm not so crazy about a skinny xl carto sticking out of this nice thick device. My kid said it looked like i was smoking a phillips screwdriver today. Anyways, will the ego cone slide over the carto and screw into the ego threads? The other question I had is are the cones long enough for the xl's or is it made for ths shorts? Thanks

I'm using an SS Vamo and my SS eGo cones fit fine and look great ... I use stainless steel attys and cartos which adds to the look, I think. The cones are made specifically for the standard size cartos, but the XLs look fine with a cone, too ... especially if the cone color matches the carto color.
