Same day of order I had 3 emails with their phone # in case I had any questions, plus 1 email with a shipping notice.
It is Saturday... not even 2 full days since placing order... arrived in the mail, and I chose regular shipping.



Edit... ok, DUH!!! I guess that would be EXACTLY 2 days since placing order, sheesh, my math...red face here, hahahaha

I'd give them a shot - after all, my favorite supplier - freedomsmokeusa - isn't in the ECF list and they've been nothing less than perfect.

ETA: Forum Supplier's List, anyway.

I only use ECF suppliers.I just feel safer with them.

There's a distinction between those suppliers who have a forum, and those who don't. There are many suppliers registered with ECF, who don't have forums, and won't for some while, because there's a long wait to get your own vendor forum. There's a thread where either Roly, or Angus, or SmokyJoe explained the whys of this, but of course I can't find it now. But it comes down to there's a fixed number of "slots" for "forum suppliers". New suppliers can register, but openings for "forum" status happen only when an existing forum supplier goes away.

Both FreedomsmokeUSA and Mike & Carol's are registered with ECF. See Mikes profile page and click on the "about me" tab.

Just bought an eGo-T from them last Thursday, it arrived today with the cheapest shipping option. Had USPS confirmation number in my email inbox the day after ordering. Product arrived as described with a nice 1-pager about eCig anatomy and basic getting started advice. I thought that was a really nice touch!

I would definitely order from them again.

Ya, old thread but want to echo others' positive feedback. I had very good experiences with ordering from Mike. Small selections but he helps you out however he can. And ships when he says he will. I recommend them as well.

My shipment of 510 battery and Atty is already on its way to me.

I have ordered hundreds of dollars of merchandise from Mike, and cannot recommend him enough. Very good prices (you can enter coupon code "friend" for an extra 5% off), and he has the fastest shipping I have received from any vendor yet. He always follows up immediately with emails for orders, orders shipped, etc. I even received some "extras" from him, after placing a few orders with him. I recommend his site highly.

No complaints yet.

If I order something in the morning, it has usually shipped by lunch, they are indeed fast.

But I am a terrible customer, find me a vendor with a lower price on the eGo-T atty and I would try them, have not found lower than Mike and Carol's yet

I've bought 2 ego-t kits from them. super fast shipping!! even spoke with Mike on the phone to tell him "Thanks, I love my tank so much I bought another for my mom". He shipped my order out the same day. They have the 2nd generation ego-t kits & had them in stock when nobody else did for like $10 less than other places.

That's correct. They guarantee that it won't be DOA on arrival. I ordered an atty from them because of the great price, thanks Astronomer!

But, and here's a big but--

Warranty's are important. I think everyone here that has has a pv knows this. I have sent back so far- 3 attys, 2 batteries that were under warranty at other companies. And I've only been doing this two months!


Batteries are under warranty for 6 months at Liberty Flights. You might save three or four dollars someplace but if it only lasts a month, you aren't saving anything.

Wanted to toss an update out there, their standard shipping is now $4.99, but their overall prices are way cheaper. I normally wait a few months, and do a large order from china, but their prices on stuff they carry are at or below the prices I was getting from chinese suppliers. Plus, the shipping is alot cheaper, and you dont have to worry about customs delaying your shipment. Judging by the testimonials of others on here, I hope I have the same experience with Mike. I ordered the eGo-T items (10 tanks, 2 atomizers, 1 passthru) for about $21 - $24 cheaper than most places I have shopped before. the "FRIEND" coupon code is still good for 5% off too.

I have also ordered from Mikeusa and have had great service from them. I have only ordered hardware and not liquids from them (prefer gormet vapor for my liquids). But have always received my orders without mistakes.

So I some how stumbled across this site Mike and Carol's internet store.(sorry can't post link yet))just google the name and it's mikeusa) and their prices are really cheap. Which A. initially made me very happy, but then it made me very cautious. Cheap is always good, especially since I am on a budget atm, but cheap could also mean disaster. Anyone ever order things from their site? They have testimonials from "customers" but I'm still wary of those from any site. So.. This site safe or no?

I placed an order on Sunday 3/20/2011 and received it 3/23/2011, the order was packaged very well and the prices were amazing. Highly recommend and the coupon code Friend worked!!!
