I believe Noobie has learned some things here, and that's why ecf is so great. Approved ecf vendors will respond and resolve problems amicably if approached in that fashion. Only if that doesn't work (it should), then by all means pull out your big guns and go public.

All i have learned shaka caca is that you cant go off of anyones opinion(a belief or judgment that rests on grounds insufficient to produce complete certainty) if it be good or bad. because since ive been researching e cigs and equip is that theres alot of paid "opinions" out there. so the only true way of getting your own opinion on product is to try it yourself.

So after reading this thread I placed an order through valuevapor and received it today. Ordered a 510 passthrough, a couple filled 510 cartos, and a bottle of 555 juice. Everything I got from them is great. No complaints at all on the pre filled juice or the bottle of juice I ordered. Shipping was super fast as well.

I will definitely be a return customer.

have been a "lurker" on the forums for quite awhile now and am relatively new to the e-cig so I haven't ever posted until now.

I, too, bought several attys and accesories from valuevapor.com recently and I have to say I am SO DISAPPOINTED!! I have to say, if I had been a total Noobie to vaping/e-cigs and ValueVapor was the first place I ordered from, I probably would not have continued to use e-cigs at all.

I probably would have given them a second try since their prices are so low, but not now after reading your post. The treatment you received from them was heinous and unethical! I will be emailing them to let them know that I will not be returning as a customer and tell them exactly why. Thank you for posting this experience!

The core issue seems pretty simple: Bad atomizers - can get them from any vendor; Dekang Juice - it is what it is, from any vendor...

I can understand a vendor not wanting their reputation hurt because of a bad run of very common products, but I guess it depends what transpired between the two of you. Pretty easy for things to get agitated via email.

I run my own company. I make most happy but unfortunately NO company can make everybody happy. Either some can't be satisfied no matter what you do, some have too high of expectations, and/or sometimes it is our fault, We are human. Sometimes we are slow so we can go above and beyond but sometimes we may get flooded and unfortunately fall short or get behind. Customers always want and demand understanding from the company and everyone needs to understand that sometimes we need the same.
Read a post where someone was so unhappy with Tasty Vapor but I had outstanding service and customer service with them and until then all I have ever read was great props to Tasty Vapor. All companies will get a few bad reviews but if the ratio is 90/10 good vs bad then cut us some slack. (no, i'm not in the e-cig buss.) Know this, companies don't stay in business if they really didn't care about their customers.
I just ordered from VV because of their prices and will post my experience when i get it as i get it.
and on a side note, if you had a website for your business that supports you and your family would you really let a negative post stay up there, I know I would NOT, unless I re-satisfied them and they added a new post expressing such.
Sorry for being so long winded but I wanted to really get this point across.
We all and I assume even VV appreciate your views and experience so we can get a ratio to work with.

I agree with Zero Tolerance. It's just the polite thing to do. You wouldn't give an ebay seller a bad review before you'd had the chance to complain to them first would you? Always contact the company first with your problem, then you'll really know what they are all about and whether or not they'd stand behind their product.
 
As i read some of these last posts i ask myself, have they just read the first post or through the whole thread.

I had no intention in putting such a bad review here on ECF. But after the company told me i(the customer) was wrong and they were right(not in those words) i posted this. the testimonial i tried leaving on their website was nothing this bad. I cant remember all of it but it kind of went something like this. I said "They have super fast shipping and great price. But the product quality seems to be a little below par" and that was it. so i dont think VV appreciates my reviews by censoring it. In result of me going into more detail here on ECF on what was below par to me.

I guess the question i have is how would you go about getting censored from a company.

You are right, I did not read every post throughout this thread thouroughly.
But with a title of beware and two fiery devils could have been an overkill.
I have not seen too many post on Value Vapor, but I have just recieved my order today, 3 day turn-around from where ever they are to California. I blew out two of the four attys but very little fluid came out. used both so far and they working just fine. only one day but will see. The Mega battery worked just fine (again just first day). The liquid is not thier own, it's the china stuff so not fair to bust em on that. my son is okay with the energy cow though was not as good as the energee from puresmoker, the marlboro for me was a little weak but still alright, the 5-5-5 is also alright, but I'm also not the type of person to do jump n jacks over almost anything.
Though only thing I was dissapointed with (and this may be my own stupidity) is when i ordered the carts and it said min 5 order and showed 5 units, I thought I was getting 25 blank carts for the 2.50 not just 5 individual units meaning 5. When I ordered i only did them cause I thought 25 for 2.50 WaHoo. But oh well.
Overall, so far I am happy and if they do last 3 weeks like my other attys i will re-order from them.
Don't know how fully your situation was and it may all be correct cause like i stated earlier, I haven't really seen many reviews on them. But I am glad for your post as they do have great prices and if they last then they will get my business for the atts and batts but will stick with Tasty Vapor and Dats for juice. Will still search around for the pricing and reviews on mega ego which is what i like the best.
So this thread has provide some good and bad reviews and hopefully we will get more down the road cause like I said, I like reviews to establish a 90/10 ratio.
But I can also honestly say I really don't like the overboard negative reviews with all caps and devils on fire or the overdoing positive reviews that use up an entire page of praise. That may just be me though, everyone is different.
So far other then the BLu (which I still use some for vaping, but if I had known and tried the 510 and ego first I would have never ordered), I have been very lucky on the 4 vendors I've used so far have been great to me.

I have ordered "genuine SLB" 901 attys from VV. They are genuine and stamped the same as any other supplier that sells SLB 901 attys on ECF. I had one fail recently after a couple weeks, notified them and they responded they would replace it. What more could you ask for? They are 2 bucks cheaper than some other suppliers on here and ship for a couple bucks.

Also, I have not bought juice from them but they state right there on their website whether it is DeKang or not. They also have "Top" juice. I don't know what that is..never asked but I assume it is not DeKang....

Fast shipping, good service, good product for the SLB 901. In fact, I just ordered a couple on of 901 attys on Friday...........and they have all different colored attys..not just black and white.

Day 4 and all is fine so far, and I'm from So. Cal and vaping only 3 weeks.
So far only dealt with 5 companies and all have been good.
Props to Tasty Vapor, Dats, PureSmoker, and ValueVapor.
Blu was alright but just not for me, equip couldn't keep up with my needs.
