Wow where to start with you Johnny Success. "I run my own company.. but unfortunately NO company can make everybody happy". Thats a great way to look at it when running your "own business". "..would you really let a negative post stay up there, I know I would NOT.." please let me know what the name of your business is so i dont order from them. and if you would have read the thread instead of being "long winded" and "getting your point across" my review was never posted it was held on to by VV. "But I can also honestly say I really don't like the overboard negative reviews.." lol how do you want your negative reviews to be? Oh i forgot you like them to be "the ratio is 90/10 good vs bad". Everyone has the right to review a company as they please good or bad. People dont want to hear how you think reviews should be left just your review on the company. Not everyone has a good experience and not everyone has a bad experience plain and simple.

This is a large, diverse community with a wide variety of experiences. Don't expect everyone to toe your personal line any more then you'd toe theirs.

Hey Noobie, Did you try the juice on your new HV atty? As you now know, HV atty's will produce little vapor and TH on an ego. Also being new and encountering Dekang juice for the first time can be off putting. The first time i unknowingly ordered Dekang juice I was less than pleased. Now that I've experienced more, I know flavors of Dekang juices that I like. I think you jumped the gun a bit. Everyone here appreciates an honest review even if it's negative. However It doesn't seem like you are educated enough yet to give a real review. You cannot always expect the supplier to make things right, when you made the mistake of ordering things that aren't right for you.

LOL, Now where do I begin. Seriously though, Keep Vaping cause it is the best way, Use who you like cause thats the best way. I do and I really mean I do wish you the best in life but if you ever had, ran or did customer service for a business then you would know what I was talking about. Oh, and my business is local so you won't have to worry about ever having my services. lol

Wow, I thank you for posting this thread, So So Much.
Just did my 2nd order on sat morning cause I don't think Dats processed my order due to thier probs going on, it was shipped out sat afternoon and here on monday. The atty I got on last order still going good and the prices are cheap. I e-mailed a question on sumday if they would be getting LR atty at any time, They E-mailed me same day that they will be getting a shipment in soon.
I couldn't be happier with them. Some of the juices are weak but they are china made and resold, am jgoing to try Vapor Renu now cause they can control the amount of Pg/Vg and have an extra option of a double shot for stronger flavor, and option for TH, can't wait to try em out. jthey are also very very cheap prices.

Just putting in my 2 cents worth. I have to agree w/the others that info about an issue should definitely be "discussed" w/a vendor before placing a negative review. He (James) was probably just holding your review until you responded to him as to specifics of the problem.
If you don't email him back or address the details, there is no way he can deal w/it at all, one way or another. Another big thing to consider is that since this was your first order w/them, I'm sure they wanted a chance to make things right before posting your comments, as then you'd be a lot more educated to the nature of the company. I have ordered from VV many times, and find the ejuice & all supplies to be just fine and have had no issue w/anything. It may just take a while to learn (as we all did) correctly how to vape, what flavors you like, and so on. I think it would do you good to email him back, explain your complaint(s), and give them another chance. I'm sure it will be rectified.
I hardly ever place orders elsewhere at this point, and that's over a couple months' time now. Customer service & shipping there is great, and most of the juices are fantastic...also a lot of new ones coming in this week, so now's the time. Good luck.

another after-thought i had: i have myself learned relatively recently about how ejuice can be different after a few days, and/or a week or so. it can taste better (very different & better) after a little aging, and also vapor production can improve considerably. i did have one liquid in particular from james (VV) on my first order w/him that i hardly got any vapor from for about 3 days. then i tried it again and WALA, fantastic flavor & tons of vapor. that particular liquid is now one of my favorites. also, shake up those bottles! just sayin'....
oh, and also, james has a 6 month warranty on all parts/hardware.
welcome to vaping...keep an open mind!

be careful with negative reviews, I had left a negative review of our wedding photographer (after weeks of negotiation, to no avail), and he replied with "stop leaving bad reviews or I will take you to court for slander, for the money we supposedly owed, and $1500 for each future customer I lose because of the negative review"

Even if the negative review is completely true and there is 100% business, people have had to pay for voicing their opinion.

Just wanted to add this since James Can't respond in a new members section. I E-Mailed him telling him how pleased I was that he would be getting LR Attys, and suggested maybe getting some ego batts as well. then i commented thank god sometimes negative advertisements can be good for business, that i would not have prob heard or found him if it wasn't for this negative thread.
He wrote back that he held your e-mail and responded that you complaint was too vague, that you just said that the quality was sub-par but didn't elaborate into any specifics.
As drev & 04 mentioned, you might want to contact him again with specifics to see if there is anything that can be done, or just shop elsewhere, which ever. i know he has me and sounds like he has many others that will be using him.
again I wish you the best, and for every one else reading this, Value Vapor has been great to me, with very low prices, good product, and without a doubt the quickest deliver I have gotten to date.

Better than my story, they took my money and I didn't get order.

Wait a minute, I thought I just read in another thread that you said MadVapes sent your order to the wrong address. When you say "they took my money and I didn't get the order", are you saying that Value Vapor did this to you also? I'm confused.
