Im Baaack!!lol.It went very well,The doc said he sees no reason to believe there is any cancer in there.He needs to go in and remove some bone and drill some holes in the bones and take out what doesnt belong and repair some stuff.Then he can take a piece of muscle from in there and make me a new ear drum.The other doc said the eardrum itself couldnt be fixed because it was completely gone,but this guy said its not an issue.Sooo he can clean out all the infection,repair the innards and fix the outerds,LOL!He said it will take about a month to heal BUT I should get my balance back,some hearing(WooHoo)and the pain will slowly decrease as the nerves heal!!!Im feeling pretty good about it now.

Im going in on July 5th and having surgery on the 6th.I hate the idea of them cutting into my head but I will be very glad to be getting better instead of slowly getting worse.This is a good thing.

You're right, it's a very good thing that we're living in the age of the miraculous things doctors can do to fix what's broken. Making a new ear drum sounds just incredible. A month to heal means a month of pampering - lap it up, dearheart. Our thoughts, prayers and energy will be with you.

Im having a rough day.Im dizzy and feel the swelling in there.They took me off all antibiotics and pain meds.The swelling effects my vision and balance.I was taking alot of ibuprofen and like 12 aspirins a day.I wish they could do it sooner.This kinda stinks,LOL.I guess it will be fine.Just the dizziness makes me nauseous.I honestly cant wait for this to be over and to feel better.Im to busy for this right now.

Get some rest and take it slowly when you are doing things!
