Milestone moments

Today I drove to work and didn't vape. This may not mean much to most folks, however, for me it's something. Driving and smoking go hand in hand. When I drive I smoke. When I switched to vaping I drove and vaped. I have been analog free for nearly two months. So today is a milestone, I wasn't even white knuckling it. I had my Ego/CE4 sitting on the console yet I didn't have the urge or find it necessary to pick it up on my way to work. Fab!!!

I had one of those milestone moments myself today.

Over the past 12 months, we've been gradually doing a make-over on the back garden.
We've had gravel, soil, wood, bricks and blocks delivered at different times for different projects.
When I was still on the analogs, I had half a ton of gravel delivered, it took me 4 hours to constantly fill the wheelbarrow and take it from the front to the back of the house. Kept having to stop for a breather every 10 minutes.
This morning, I had a full ton (twice the amount) delivered, moved it all in 2 hours - only 1 vape break needed, no breathlessness.

To me, this is a major milestone, no way I could have done this 4 months ago

One milestone for me was at 4 weeks. That is when I stopped chain vaping and started just casually vaping. That was HUGE for my carto and e-liquid consumption and costs.

I know what you mean about driving. Quite a milestone! When I was a smoker, first thing I would do when I woke up was reach for my pack of camel menthol. I would walk outside in my underwear with a blanket wrapped around me to get that first cigarette...weather didn't matter. Now I wake up and a lot of times I will go a couple hours before having a vape...and I can do this on my couch!

I have to have a vape with me wherever I go unless it's just to get something out of a room. I have a passthru in each car and e juice in my purse and i still bring a couple extra devices. I try to have at least 5 mods ready to vape and additionally always erolls and just added Zeus and Volts. I guess I'm looking for security! I was a thumb sucker

Congrats to all on all those milestones. To me, the milestones are some of the best aspects of vaping, like:

The 1st day of all vapor, no cigs; The 1st week under your belt; The 1st full month; That first juice that really blows you away; The first $100 saved; Break-Even Day! (Yessss!!! Never gonna happen.......lol); the first 1000 cigarettes avoided; The first 100 days;
I could go on.......I celebrate them all, each and every one of them, by ordering more stuff.....


Oh GEEEEEEZ.....looks like I got my 100 day cig-free anniversary comin' up shortly....now lemme see......what should I get???? hehheh

Awesome milestones for sure everyone! Today's my 3 week anniversary no smoking, and the day I started vaping. I couldn't be happier and look forward to reaching the ones listed above myself. It's very assuring reading posts like this. Keep it up!!

I had that same issue with driving. I would sit in the car and before I did anything else I would have lit up. That was a hard habit to break but vaping helped me get through it too.
