4 weeks vape-aversary for me!  Baby milestone but I'll take it!!

My buds are slowly waking up. Smell is coming back...which depending can be both  and . I'm sleeping better (insomnia be gone!), and I notice I am taking a lot less Tylenol/Advil everyday. And I haven't had to grab a inhaler since about week one.

To me...all reasons to celebrate!! :D :D

....may you vape to kill many more cartos..... :) Congratulations on four weeks! I can remember that milestone. My most recent milestone is that my 1-year of vaping anniversary happened June 30th of this year. And I turned "ECF Veteran on July 2nd.....BIG milestones. I smoked for over 40 years, so going without cigarettes for (over, now) a year is monumental!!! Ask me if I EVER thought that would happen!!!

Thanks ladies!!

I'm sure there will be many more burnt ones to go. :) I had read about it & I "thought" I had burnt a few before...but there is NO mistaking that taste. That was just pfftttt, spit, bad!

It (my juice) was tasting so good too, then BAM! Mouth full of pure nasty!! Woke my lazy Saturday morning :censored: up it did.

It's been a little over 9 months for me...can't believe it. Lately been in a slump, nothing tastes good, not getting the satisfaction I use to, but have not turned back to analogs. I do blame the heat for some of this...heck even food doesn't taste good when the heat index is 100+. I think one thing I did was get too much variety. Tomorrow I'm going to go through my stash and pick 3-4 flavors to work with over the next week. Hopefully I'll get my tastebuds back on track:vapor:

By the way it's great to see you Mary Kay:)

Yeah, I've done that too, MK. I have settled on three flavors that I vape all the time. I DIY, and I just keep an abundance of those three flavorings here and mix what I need. I think it has helped a LOT in getting settled in for the long term. I have coffee (for my non-sweet vape because I HATE tobacco flavors) and then I vape Hypnotic Mist or Blueberry when I want something sweet...depending on the mood. I keep three pvs going and filled at all times, then just grab the one I'm in the mood for. When I go out, I carry two....one with coffee and one with something else.
