I know I wouldn't have made it a month with out ECF.....would have been way to frustrated. Now I have been smoke free almost 2 years!!!! The people here are truly amazing!!

As of today, it's been a year since my last cigarette. It seems like so long ago! I have to say that I don't miss them at all now. I think the biggest factor in my success has been ECF; the technical support, the moral support and the fun. It has certainly made quitting a lot easier.

I think the best thing is that this is a very friendly and giving place to land........especially The Women's Room. Wish I had joined in sooner than I did! I am so appreciative of all of you.

My celebration consists of ordering a couple more batteries and accessories. Like I need more!
