It is no small thing we have done..so many have tried and failed. But we have the advantage of having friends and support here..without all of you I would never have made it for so long. I feel like now I could quit vaping and not miss it. But for now I enjoy the flavors even if I don't need them anymore.
Keep going ladies..May we all meet here in 10 years!

Well I forgot my 3 year no smoking aniversary yesterday! LOL Now that is progress..when you don't need to remember anymore.

MK, BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGG Congrats!! Confession -- I'm still mixed vaping/analogs, but I'm conVINCED this is the ticket for me, so I'm not giving up! DH is doing great -- he hardly ever smokes now -- me not so well, but I'm getting there!
Funny..you will have a harder time when you mix them. You body never gets to the point where it doesn't WANT>>NEED>>WHIMPER..analogs anymore. After a week or so without your body will rebel at just the smell of smoke.

I tried cutting abck on the cigs, did it for about 3 months. But I realized that if I didn't to give up cigs altogether I never would. I set a date and stuck by it. I just passed my 2 years smoke free. You can do this!!!
It was different for me...over the course of about 6 weeks my smoking just kept dropping. I was down to one or two cigs a day...then came a day that at about 7pm i realized that i hadn't had one all day...at that point i knew that i could actually do this. i had a cig anyway. my very last cigg was about a week later...dec 2009.
Hey, y'all, thanks a bunch for the encouragement! Biggest problem I'm having is taste satisfaction, but I'm working with a guy on custom mix juice and I think this next batch is gonna be the ticket -- fingers crossed, eyes heavenward!
