I just posted in another thread that today is my one month anniversary off tobacco. The longest break since 1985. Seriously . And I feel SO much better. I just wish they had these things 10 years ago.

may i say it has now been 25 hours and 35 minutes no analogs no fighting in the house.. although i came home and cleaned...lol hubs kept saying why are you manic right now...i said extra energy...lol

I did find that I had extra energy after I quit smoking. I do have to thank my DH for me finding e-cigs. He's the one that wanted me to quit (he doesn't smoke) and while I was on the patch I typed something into google searching for something that would give me that hand to mouth fix and E-cigs came up. Of course the first website to come up were the Smoking Everywhere and My Freedom smokes and Smoke 51. I didn't buy from them though. I thought, there has got to be cheaper ones somewhere. Glad I kept searching.

They can't find a gas station, follow directions or slow down for a parking space. They haven't figured out how to chage a T.V. station if you hide the remote.
They don't have clue one on how to talk to teens, never met a burrito they won't eat, even if they know they will pay the piper later. They get sick and die rather then see a Dr. And worst of all think women are crazy to buy 2 of anything on sale!

Their feelings get hurt easily you know and they can't refute us in here!

crap crap crap crap...last night me and hubs went at it we were both pissy he was from no smoking i was ccause he was...anyways he went out got 2 packs...(free snus) first drag tasted like an ashtray...bleh...smoked with him till this afternoon..then last 2 he lit his i lit mine...put mine out i couldnt' do it...made up my coffee concoction...then later on about 930 he got a bit pissy again so i lit it took my last 3 drags (i hope) and handed it to him and said im done..first time i have ever done that. and i really want to..i woke up this morning feeling like crap eyes swollen couldn't sleep last night..sinuses stuffy horrible!! im already feeling better with vaping only...he seems ok..he just likes the chemicals i think in analogs i think thta is part of the addiction. and he likes the smell..i need to get a good tobacco one for him. told him he dont have the money for analogs anymore and for my health i can't do it anymore. period...i have tons of juice and tons of flavors..so stocking up a bit more next month on juice and parts and i will be done on stocking up for a while and will have him do some mods i need a good usb battery pack to take with me i love my pass through..ok there is my long book sorry so long everyone...i will do this....

Jenn, take it one day at a time! You will do it, you struck me as a woman who CAN do what she puts her mind to! I think it's harder for men for some reason. I also think that's why they need the Porche's of the e-cig world..it helps to have the best to do this!
Mike just can't put his cigs down, he vapes half and smokes half. But it's better then not trying at all! I just vape and try..repeat try not to nag. He's the one with COPD and a bypass. He's the one who will be back in the hospital.
All I can do is make sure the batts are charged and the atty's are clean. I change out the carts every day or so but he has to refill his own. He pays I play.
