Besides spring loaded pin vs adjustable pin, and price am I missing any differences? Or similarities?
Which one in your opinion is better ? I know the clouper mini isn't out yet but what previous experience with clouper is there?
do I have to wait till the mini comes out to see what happens or does anyone have information that may help me make up my mind now? Maybe based on the companies previous track records. Thank you!

I looked at the IPV mini and I don't like the way it looks. I'm looking for istick form factor with a boost and a down regulator chip. Battery life on istick doesn't make up for only being able to run a mini nauti and 4 hits till it's burnt. I just bought a kayfun and I know it's going to burn on the istick, plus I don't trust the threads on the istick. I am looking at the lemo too. I want the kayfun on my provari, the mini nauti on the istick, and a better box mod like vapor shark with the lemo. In the long run all reliable tanks with reliable mods. The istick nauti combo being cheap to be left somewhere just in case I forget it in public/bar.
With the mini clouper coming out I didn't know if I could save some money and be happy with that, so I asked about past reputations :) no need to wait then I can set my sights on the vapor shark.
Do they all sound like decent set-ups?

I picked up a DNA 30 this past weekend and it's a great little device. It's about the size of an Istick but more boxy. With a sharkskin, it's more comfortable in my hands than the Istick. I've been using it with a 1.5Ω build in a KFL+ @ 12.5w and it's a great little combo. You really can't beat a genuine Evolv DNA30 device for under $100.

The VS DNA 30 doesn't regulate down. None of the evolv DNA 30 devices do. I don't know if the clouper does.

The Cloupor specs state 3.6v - 7v, 7w - 30w. I'm not sure why they'd only down regulate to 3.6v and not 3.0v or 3.2v unless it doesn't really down regulate and only fire as low as the battery charge.

I think the Cloupor Mini is a good looking mod but I'd wait for reviews. Even though it's only $50, it could be a waste of $50 if it's not good.

Probably right on the voltage on the clouper.

It might be worth waiting to see what the MVP 3.0 sells for. It's supposed to have a genuine evolv chip. Of course I don't think it will be as small as all the new minis coming out.
