Is there a smaller unit that will fit comfortably in a shirt pocket that doesn't weigh a lot? I run heavy equipment all day and would like a small unit that fits in my shirt pocket and will hold a charge at least 10-15hrs at a time. And I prefer a really good unit. Also is there a way to put a cap on there so as to keep dirt/dust out of it?

My smallest most potent combo is the IPVD2 with LG HG2 battery with any thing you want to top it off. of course you will get longer run time with higher ohm limit, but mine will last a long time with that set up with a Crown with NI coil at.15. It all matters what wattage and ohms your at, single or dual battery etc.

He is using a GS Air, his ohms are around 1.5 to 1.8

If you're just looking for a small compact device for certain occasions I'd say try the Egrip oled. I'ts a device with the tank built inside. Either use the stock head or the RBA above 1.0ohms and I think you could get all day with it.

This is pretty good idea. It's only 1500 mAh so 15 hours would be a stretch depending on how much you vape. It can be used as a passthru if you have usb in your vehicle.

IMO most of the replaceable battery types (evic, subox, etc.) are rather heavy...not really shirt pocket friendly. An istick 30w or 40w would be lighter.

You might like the 75w IPVD2... compact and well built and it comes with a silicon sleeve to keep out dirt and dust. I have one I carry in my shirt pocket out and about..batt lasts all day vaping the Maganus at 45w with the .5 ohm coil on and off..can use in-mod charging via the supplied charging cord or swap out batt easily thx to the batt door that slides on ball bearings..has TC mode also that can fire ni200 or Ti builds..
I've had mine for a couple months now and love it.. Best $60 I've spent on vape gear this year..lol

I think the iStick 30w or the IPVD2 or the kbox mini would all be good choices. And like @Grimwald said - an internal battery mod would be lighter. I have the Kbox mini with Atlantis 2 tank and love it! There is also the iStick mini with the GS16S tank. It has a 1050mAh battery and goes up to 10w but I don't know if you want more power

I just got the Cloupor Mini+ and it is even smaller than the evic VTC Mini. it's about 1/4 inch shorter although it does feel a tad bit heavier. The evic VTC Mini does have an edge in wattage as it goes up to 75 watts versus 50 for the Mini+. If you want light weight, you will want to look at LiPo batteries such as in the iStick 30. LiPo batteries are lighter than 18650 batteries.

Two istick 40's. No fuss no muss. Simple have one charging and one in use. One should last more than half a day (at the very least, most of the day) if you nearly chain vape. Looking around for a vendor, should be around $65 or so for both.
I like Mt. Baker warranty period for their isticks. Toll free number and you can talk to a real person if you have any problems.
More money but might be the best way to go:
