Mini Not Performing Right

Hey everyone. My mini has been having issues lately it doesn't seem to be producing enough vapor on various attys and cartos. I was looking it over and am thinking maybe there is a mechanical issue with the positive battery terminal. I've included pictures if someone could tell me if this is how it's supposed to look or not...one is with the button pushed in one not pushed in
