I'm not fully up to speed on them but it looks like a lot of versions of that tank have been released. I picked up a mini nova V10 kit a couple weeks ago. Has 4 long / thin wicks in it. Ran it with the mid range (2.2ohm?) head on a twist. Seemed to do pretty well in the 3.6-3.8v range for me. Did start a bit dry to start but improved greatly after filled it and left it alone for a couple hours. Improved a bit more on the second fill and after sitting overnight.

Check your liquid and make sure that it isn't all PG (Propylene Glycol). That gives throat hit but little vapor. VG (Vegetable Gylcerine) is what gives the most vapor but can mute flavor (not sure I agree, personally, but many proport it). I like a 50/50 blend, but 70/30 is fine too. I used to smoke a pipe, so vapor production is important to me. Voltage applied and the resistance of the coil also have a major impact. It is a learning curve, with lots and lots of research that really appeals to me. Still working toward the 'perfect vape', but it is getting better all the time. Experiment, it part of the fun and don't give up!

Where did you buy it and is it a "Vision" brand? The Vivi Novas needs to be tilted every so often to keep the wick saturated as the head is at the top of the tank. Also depends on the PG/ VG ratio you're using- high ratio VG doesn't wick very well.
Try to remove top (drip tip) and gently pull the silicon cap up a tad. Replace drip tip. Sometimes the silicon cap is down too far and not allowing the wick to properly absorb juice.

Actual Vivi Nova mini or a clone?

I found that clones, the coils are wrapped VERY tight around the wicks choking the flow of juice to the coils...I had to do a bit of 'sperimintin' and tug and twist the wicks to loosen the coil, even got a sewing bobby pin and with good light spread the coil out (they were wound almost touching) once I loosened it up and bit...my vivi nova mini hits very very very strong

I also found that using Chinese clone heads for CE4S and above are build differently and cause really really bad air flow..but I fixteted it!

Also...it doesn't hurt to puff puff puff on it rather than a long hard draw

do you have the large single wick or multiple thinner wicks?

P.S. What resistance is the coils and what volts are you running?

Is a vision mini nova and has long wicks. I'm using the 1.8 now, 2.8 still in the box. Dont remember about the one I have binned.
I seem to get more vapour now but i have to have it at 4.8v. What voltage would you recommend? E juice is 12ml nicotine and i shouldn't get an hit so strong, dont find it pleasurable. If i go down the voltage the vapour is very poor.

Dont fancy playing around with wicks, needle etc. I look for something that works without hassle

Thanks, I appreciate the help

Some times I take out one of the wicks if there are 4 to start with. Be gentle when pulling it out or you'll break the coils. The other thing I do is blow into the drip tip to create bubbles in the e juice. That prevents any kind of burned taste. I recently switched from soaking the wicks in vodka to cleaning them with hot water and dry burning. Huge difference. They work much better this way. I only soak with vodka and then dry burn if I'm changing flavors. hth

Thanks but that is lots of work for me. I have been using greensmokes for 8 months and i was very happy. I'm now trying these new ecigs and is too much hassle to make them work in my opinion. I had the ego w before and that was leaking all the time.

I have now changed the juice and is not working anymore.... Seems dead
Battery is ok, it works with another tank

Fecking annoying... :)

It could be the inner post on the Vivi got pushed up and is no longer making contact with battery- common with all juice delivery devices.
Although a carto in vid below basically the same idea. Pull gently and just a tad:

The Vivi is a top coil clearo and gives a warmer/ harsher vape. You may want to look into getting a bottom coil clearomizer as they give a cooler vape.

I have tried and pulled the post so it comes out but nothing... Seems dead. I probably got a faulty one...
