Just recieved my BMF yesterday, and was happy. I charged up the pcc, then placed my battery in to charge it. The battery light was on for about 30 seconds then blinked 3 times then out. So sweet they came charged. Toss the other one in did the same thing. Used one last night drain it out, so i tossed it on the pcc held the button for three seconds and it looked like everything was working fine. Used my other battery today drained it. Took out my other battery that i thought was charged and nothing its dead. So i thought i did something wrong tossed battery back in held the button downfor 3 seconds everything lights up and 30 seconds later the led on the bloog blinks 3 times and out. The pcc has a full charge, and the manual states that the led should stay bright until its fully charged.

Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, the LED on the battery should stay lit until it's charged. Is your PCC fully-charged? I had a similar issue when I first got my mini-PCC. It would do exactly what you're describing. Take the battery out of the back of the PCC, wait a few minutes and put it back in. This seems to 'reset' the PCC. I've had to do it several times since I first got it. It doesn't always seem to work, unfortunately, which leads me to believe there's some other issue, but as of now mine works 90% of the time.

As you hold down the button, look at the little LCD display. It should switch from showing you how charged the PCC battery is (on the right side of the display) to an active "charging the e-cig battery" on the left of the display, with the bars flashing. If it doesn't reach that stage, it's not charging the battery.

Let us know how it goes.

I'll send you mine if you send out a free replacement.

Leaford, you should also tell them that the back coating peels after a very short time (I've had mine since the beginning of February).
Of course, Frick! No question that that is not correctly functioning. Contact Chris at cs@bloogplanet.com.

As to the peeling, like with the black batts, that was a fault by our previous supplier (painter? printer? I'm not sure of the correct name for them), and we changed suppliers because of it. But only time will reveal if the new one is better. We did do extensive friction tests, but real life usage is always more intensive than testing, so we will wait and see.

No.... this is my second brand I bought. The first one I tried was BLU, and was awful. Did some reseach here, and from all the post about BMF and great reviews and support from the people here I bought one. I am very happy with the company, and i understand things ship defective. I wish i could go to the local gas station and pick up a usb charger.

Oh well i emailed the contact@bloogplanet.com, should i also email CS?

I am going to pick up some more stuff on wednesday with the 20% off, one of those is goin gto be a USB charger

Thanks for the help!

is it really contact@ or is it cs@ ?

Heck, Frick you are in Ohio, can't you just drop a usb off to Northja? You all know each other, right? :)

It's a pretty big state.

Actually the only charger I have for anything 808 is the mini-PCC. I didn't order any other charger, because I wasn't sure I'd like the BMF. I started with 510 stuff and only tried the BMF because of the great reviews. I constantly remind myself that if the PCC fails, I'll be Bloog-less.

*Edit* Just got my starter kit today and love the bloog. Thought i had the same problem as the original poster but after playing with it for abit i got it working. Not sure if it's this way with all bloog PCC owners but for me it was simply due to not pressing the button hard enough. The button clicks down, lights flash etc but it wasn't until i mashed on the button HARD that it started to work as intended. Figured i would post this little note just in case others run into the same issue or so that it may help Leaford solve some potentially would be problematic devices.
