great job!!

Thanks! I installed a USB charger on the latest version and it appears to be working fine. It's charging the 14500 nicely, I just have to see where it cuts out and make sure is doesn't overcharge.

The USB plug can be stored inside the mini-pump when it's not being charged. I have mini USB jacks on order so it will match my cell phone charger. The hose is at a good length with the atty higher too.

I call this " The Perfect" because it's my perfect idea of a mod... an all day vape with a juicer and USB charge all in a compact pocket friendly unit!!!!

Well what can ya say when a man names his product "THE PERFECT" View attachment 24445 I really like that ccJim.

I did want to ask one question. You stated earlier in your thread that there was no teflon inside or out. Is teflon not a good material to use in a mod ?

Hey! Thanks! I love the emoticon!!! Glad you like the mod! The USB charger brought my 14500 up to 4.21 volts and cut off just like it should!

I'm happy to vape on a 14500 battery with a LR atty. I was going to make a variable voltage unit but I don't need it so I've accomplished my modding goals for now....... I just need to put it all in a pretty package!

I used teflon to wrap the plunger under the cap and some of the hose connections to prevent leaks in the early versions but not anymore. Teflon is inert and fine to use in a mod. Nothing toxic about it and it won't impact flavor.

btw: I have a new avatar pic for you.....

I was gonna put the pic here but put the link instead.... Sorry... I just had to.........!!!! ;)

Yahhhhh,,, I like it !!! I raise these crazy little critters. I do tree work now and run across baby orphans all the time. The one in my avatar I raised from just about a 2 weeks old. I lost him about 3 weeks ago at a ripe ole age of 13 and 4 months. They usually only live wild about 8 years so he had a good life with his deformed foot. I had to keep him and my heart is still heavy he's gone now. I'm still really sad. I think he'd have been glad to see me vaping now because i could tell he didn't like the cig smoke. Tearin up as I write this Jim He was my little man

That's really cool that you raise them! I always loved watching squirrels chase each other around the trees. When I was a kid I made the box propped on a stick trap to catch one... then i had no clue what to do... I was more scared than he was... My other animal adventure was when I tried to look in the blue jay's nest I got pecked on the head and almost knocked out of the tree..... My son loves that story and got a stuffed cawing jay to chase me around with....

13+ years? That's longer than most cats and dogs. He never would have made it in the wild and you certainly gave him a good life and I'm sorry for your loss. As a pet owner I understand how you get attached and pets become like family.. oh wait, I like my pets... (j/k I like my family too!)

I was gonna post that pic here but I didn't want to push the moderators... lol I'm glad you liked it!

edit.. WhenI was a kid we heard that the reason the old "Bozo" show went off the air was because they had a part where kids told jokes... supposedly one little kid asked "How do you get a squirrel out of a tree"... everyone asked how and he replied "Pull down your pant and show him your nuts!"... lol Not sure if that was the end of Bozo or if it's an urban myth.... I must have been 5 or 6.... made me laugh thinking about it! The stuff we remember.....

It's light and compact with a juicer and a USB charge jack for the 14550 which vapes great at 3,7v with a LR atty. It's "Perfect"!! Vapes great, less filling!

capecodjim-albums-mods-2-picture24856-perfect-plug-side.jpg

The mini USB jack is installed and charges perfectly! I put the jack under the bottle facing out the side. The second batch of bottles I got was shorter,,, another unintentional perfect fit! It's the same charger plug as my cell and I have plenty of those around.

capecodjim-albums-mods-2-picture24859-perfect-meter-420.jpg

The meter isn't needed but I got use to having it attached while testing and it fit... so I figured I'd add it. I have a separate switch on the meter to conserve power and stop it from flashing all the time.

capecodjim-albums-mods-2-picture24857-perfect-inside.jpg

The board fits just under the curves of the bottle and the battery. There's enough clearance for the meter to fit in sideways. In that same space, the atty could be recessed over the USB charge board if insulated properly. I had the larger USB plug wired in and stored in that space and it folded out for charging w/o a cable. It could have a jack and plug for charging versatility. There are a lot of options!

The charge light stays on when main power is on and dims as power decreases so you get an indication w/o the meter. I use the Perfect as kind of a pass through a lot so it's always charged up.

I can charge it from my Tekk mod!! :2cool:

This was the first vision I had when I was coming up with Ol' Blue. Minus the pump bottle :) I like it. Where'd you get the meter? I found one in china I think and it was horrendous for shipping. It also said the bottom range was 3.7 so I forgot about it.

Glad you like it!

Here's one like what I have on ebay. They key is to get a "1S-6S" (the "2S-6S" only measures 2 or more cells). They say 3.7v on the low end but it goes down to around 3.4v. A 3.7v battery charges to ~4.21v and dies when the meter does....

They have 58 available at $6.66 including shipping from Hong Kong.

Here's one with a different orientation.

They have 6 available at $5.20 each including shipping.
