Mini-tank drip mod in three easy 3 steps

the Mini tank drip mod salvages a leaky Ego tank Atomizer by turning the atomizer into a high capacity drip atomizer;
Needed items
1. overpriced ego tank atomizer
2. the little plastic condom from an overpriced tank
3. a $1.50 generic drip tip

Instructions
1. place the condom over the top of the cone of the ego tank
2. puncture with a sharp object (I used a pair of scissors)
3. slide drip tip into a snug fit on top of cone

Commentary
the tank atomizer can actually hold a hell of lot of juice--in fact mine leaked so often it seemed to hold almost 1 ml...
it gurgles and spits a little but it still vapes--and actually I kind of like the coolness compared to the same tip on a debridged lr 510. the mini tank mod works better than the blank tip some vendors ship because it draws better.

OaklandCA, that does sound like a possibility. For clarification do you mean that you use the condom and slip it INTO the cone and just ON the pin that is in the tank so that the pin is JUST poking through the bottom of the modded condom? Pics perhaps?

I'm going to chime in as well: any pictures? Sounds interesting because I have so many eGo-T atomizers lying around not doing anything that I'd love to put one to good use.

I thought I'd give this a try according to what I think the OP's instructions are telling us to do. But - I must have been mistaken, because it leaks like a sieve from where the tank atty meets the battery if you put more than a few drops in it. It does allow you to use a standard drip tip on a tank atty and produces a ton of vapor.
