the 510 carts from vaporflow (and avidvaper, as far as I know, though i'm sure others have it or will have it soon) are different than what the guy is using in the video in the OP. i've tried what he's using. there's no polyfill, or filler of any kind. it is a small plastic tank (i believe .5ml), with a removable cap for refilling. it uses a special atomizer (much like the ego-t) that pierces the cap of the clear cart. unlike the ego-t (or the carts from vaporflow) this little cart gets housed inside a mouthpiece/blank cart. the idea is that the cart will auto feed/drip onto the wick contained in the piercing tip of the atomizer. The clear cart is D shaped, so that air flows around it through the mouthpiece, drawing liquid into the atomizer. I believe this is a similar concept as the ego-t, though I haven't tried an ego-t, so i'm not sure.
these little cart and atty's seemed great. I really wanted to like them. But, even with endless fiddling, I wasn't able to get consistently good results. When they were working, they were pretty great. They just didn't work frequently enough. The juice didn't feed as it should. ultimately, it was a disappointment.
the vaporflow ones are different, for at least two reasons: they can be used with a regular 510 atty (likely LRs as well) and they do use polyfill...though only a small amount at the bottom. a lot of folks have ordered them in the past day or two, so i'm sure we can expect to see reviews any day now.
