I just got this in the mail today but I can't get it to work with my provari. I get everything hooked up but I get the "op" error. Mini Kanger protank screwed into the mini tatroe bottom cap and that is screwed into the provari. Any ideas?

Maybe you mean the beauty ring or cone. The bottom cap would be the other end of the Provari holding the battery in. If it's the cone, take a small screwdriver and gently pry out the center pin that is at the bottom of your tank (510 connector pin) and it should fire up just fine. The pin is just not going deep enough to get power from the top of the Provari. Just a little is all you should need.
