try pullin the center post of both your battery and vivi out farther to make a connection, but not to hard. take it easy on it.
and after you screw it on, slow loosen it while holding the button down while taking a pull. both hands are required.
sometimes my components make weird connections and need to be a little loose, but not to much or not to tight, its sometimes a fine line
