Minimum message count for Conversations outdated?

Hey there,

i've just registered and got the notification shown that you need 5 messages to start conversations or post links but atleast for starting conversations this doesn't seem right since i'm already over 5 posts and can only receive and answert to conversations but can't start one.

Maybe that welcome banner should be updated with the actual count


Edit: seems that 9 is the new magical number ;-)

Your 5th post was Tuesday at 4:26 am (this thread was started at 5:02 am )
It can take up to an hour for the system refresh and give you those permissions.
Your edit about the 9th post was at 5:32 - after the system had refreshed.
