Mint Ice Cream

My take on a classic. Bishy's Peppermint Ice cream is extremely good. My version has a little more sweet peppermint up front. Its super sweet and creamy and minty, can't put it down...

6.0% - (TPA) Mint Candy
4.5% - (FW) Vanilla Ice Cream
2.0% - (TPA) Sweet Cream
2.0% - (FA) Custard
2.0% - (TFA) Marshmallow
2.0% - EM 10% solution
1.5% - (FW) Sweetener
0.5% - (LO) Natural Peppermint Oil

I mix 100% VG other than flavors, so I would imagine if you use a PG/VG blend you may want to reduce the overall flavor percentage.

I'm liking this so much, gonna try other flavors with the 'ice cream' base. NExt up, blueberry ice cream.
