In the last few days I have see this chart popping up with battery rating and applications for safe use. I noticed that it has errors and should not be used as a reference. I just figured I would share it and warn people not to use it because there is the potential to exceed the batteries rating and hurt yourself. Do your research and don't blindly follow some chart that was made by someone who doesn't know what they are talking about. Be safe and happy vaping.

PS, I'm sure this has been around and talked about on here for ages, just like everything else that gets posted, but I haven't seen it and I'm sure there are others who haven't as well.

As in I believe The AW 18650 2000 mah is actually 10 amps not 16

heck just sayiing "for example" and linking to the 2900 PD page on orbtronics where you can clearly see it says 10 amp continuous and 18 amp pulse .

Good you bring this to our attention, Tbaggerr, as battery safety is becoming a big issue in the ecig debate. (Personally, I don't rely on *any* battery info unless it has Baditude's endorsement! )

yea you use that chart your either never going to run anything effectively or get yourself in trouble over driving batteries.

I won't say that did the same before I looked at it because all FB evidence has been removed. But the fact that we can reverse it's influence means something.
