Missing an oring?

Glad you found one. I'm sure there are several small orings that will fit it. So now we have two option... #60oring or #0534. Making sure I jot this down, because that oring is bound to get lost sometime in this lifetime.

Indeed. I ended up getting two packages. From what I've read, this size doubles for the one at the bottom of the pin as well.

Imeo's oring stickie on the GG sub-forum states the size for that oring as 3 x 1.78. Is that the same as you guys have found?

It's close enough. It's very close to exactly the size of the o-ring that goes on the bottom of the pin to seal it against the base. Imeo stated that o-ring was usable inside the ceramic as well. So it's not set in stone that the o-ring must be an exact size. That Lowes o-ring does the job.

Today is Friday, 07/06/2012. PM sent 07/01/2012. And the ticket "BILLING-0000000672 (06/30/2012)" still open. No response, nothing, silence.
I really want to know what's going on and how to resolved my issue (if resolved).

Zober, as I have stated in a previous thread, I am currently backed up with CS Tickets. I am doing my best to plow through all of these, but when about two weeks worth builds up, its a little slow to catch up, I even put some time in last night from home to work on some CS, outside the office.

I apologize that your ticket has not yet been resolved, I am working my hardest to remedy this issue.

My order just arrived 2 Penelope / 1 Odysseus / 2 Odysseus O-Ring Sets and it appears that the missing O-Ring was was shipped in the Ody bag with my Ody. - I just need to confirm that that particular O-Ring is in both replacement O-ring bags as well.

I know J....

What I meant was that the additional 2 sets of O-Rings that I ordered for my Ody, with my original order, come with the "ceramic / locknut O-ring in each parts bag as well. I haven't had the time to pull them all out and count / match them to my Ody.
