Mixin the Juice'

Just so I don't choke myself to death any tips or corrections would be helpful for a first mix. Using the recipe calculator for a basic cherry liquid?

Nicotine Base 100 mg/ml
Target Nicotine Level 24 mg/ml
Amount Desired 15 ml
water? 0 %
Flavor 20%

Questions:
Nicotine base use VG or PG or a mix. If a mix what ratio?
Water added (optional) what is the purpose to dilute or what?
Flavor % is this for your personal preference? Higher or lower for the amount of cherry taste you want.. Can you have a percent of to much or to little?

Any tips for a 1st trial would be great!

Look under "Tips and Tricks", "DIY e-liquid" then see the e-liquid calculator in that section. I tried to post the link but failed. Yes, you can adjust the flavoring a little, just do it a bit at a time- you can add more but once it's in there you can't take it back! If you add alot more than is recommended in the recipe it might affect the nature of the vapor. (Oooo, almost rhymed!)
