hi there,

I currently use this calculator when making juice with 1 flavour : eJuice Recipe Calculator
its easy and straight and works well for me

Now I want to make juice that contains 2 flavours I however am baffled on what calculator to use, I tried the excel spreadsheet and am baffled, I tried the software "e juice me up" and when I get close I get a bit confused, is there an easy way - which works? please advise?

Also when mixing 2 flavours do you guys work on a 2:1 ratio so if you use 0.5ml of flavour 1 you then you 0.25ml of flavour 2?

your help and advice would be appreciated

cheers

Since the Strawberry is probably more dominant than the Banana, if you go half and half on the flavoring, you are probably going to only get a hint of Banana. This might be where you are trying to go.

If you want it to be more of a blend of the two flavors, than use less of the dominant flavor and more of the weaker flavor.

Not knowing who makes the flavoring, I would perhaps start with 10% as your Total flavoring. Then divide that 10% up between the Strawberry and the Banana.

Maybe 3% Strawberry and 7% Banana.

thanks guys,

before you replied and because of my hastiness I created 10ml mix of these flavours

I went 6.4ml PG, 2.4ml VG, 0.7ml Strawberry and 0.5ml Banana ( I went 10% flavouring which I split between both flavours)

Result is, strong throat hit, I can taste more strawberry then banana but do get an after taste of banana...I think next time I will try 4% strawberry and 6% banana...

dont think I wanna mess with the current mix in fear of it becoming weaker because I think if i add a few drops of banana it will dilute the nic content and therefore it will lose throat hit although its slightly too harsh and may result in tasting too much banana - what do you think?

ejuice Me Up is the one I use, it takes some reading to get it down but it's probably the most comprehensive calculator out there. It goes way beyond mixing 2 flavors but if you start doing more complicated mixing it really does the job.
