Mixing 6mg with 18mg liquid

I ordered some 6mg liquid (80%pg/20%vg) and got to the conclusion it does not give me a throat hit at all (compared to 11mg). I was wondering the following thing, if mix it up with the same amount of 18mg liquid (also 80-20) will it give the same effect as 11mg ? i know the math would be 18+6 divided by 2 = 12mg. But i was wondering if anyone ever tried this. Thanks for the answers

Yes, it will reduce it to 12mg nicotine. I've done this when I thought I wanted something stronger than 12, so I ordered 18mg juice. It was too strong of a TH for me so I ordered some 6mg of the same juice to cut it down. Just mix equal amounts.

Thanks for the info. I'll order some 18mg to mix it up otherwise the 6mg liquid won't be used because mostly it feels like vaping air. I get one or two good hits and the rest do not hit at all.
