I use a handheld milk frothier I bought at Ikea for $2.49. It works for batches as big as 120ml, but I've never had a need to make anything larger and thus haven't tried it on anything larger.

I can say It cuts my steep time down significantly, and is probably the best DIY tool I own (which is why I went back and bought 2 more as reserves).

I saw some guy in a vid the other day mixing ejuice with one of those so I got a cheapie from ebay and tried it with a 10ml amount that's currently sitting in a drawer for the last couple days. In a week I'll see if there's a difference between that and the original.

When I get all my DIY stuff, I'll be able to do some real experiments.
