time critical question on mixed ejuice please

I mix my own eliquid. And work with 60mg nic. I put 6ml of nic to make a 30ml bottle of 12mg. Heres my question : After putting in the vg and pg and nic into a 30ml bottle and giveing it a quick 15 or so second shake is it safe to vape right away ? Or does it need time to mix, im afraid of vapeing it immediatley and getting more nicotine then pg or vg in my tank and getting sick or worse. Also after quick shakeing if i dont vape it right away and let it sit on a table or something with the bottle cap ON. Do the pg and vg and nicotine seperate where i could have that problem ? Or is it good to vape? Is it nessisary to shake the bottle everytime or every so many days ? Im a hypocondriac and just want to make sure. Thanks everybody

Shake it vigorously for a minute and you are good. Leave the bottle with a little head room to aid mixing. Once it is mixed you really don't have to shake it but you can if you want. I always put my nic in first so that getting a hot spot really can't happen.

With a good shake it should be good to go. If you want to be sure a 2-3 second shake when you grab the bottle to fill is fine too. I like to mix a portion of my nicotine down ahead of time (a 4 oz bottle) to be ready to flavor when I feel like it. I usually start with 100mg so I go full PPE (personal protective equipment), gloves glasses and plastic apron, so mixing to 10mg ahead of time saves a lot of hassle.

A very thorough shake is fine if you want to vape right away , i used to just shake like a mad man until it felt like my arms were going to fall off and i vaped after that , no issues.

I have since been using a Sawzall to instantly foam the juice and then i let it sit until it clears up which if you use good quality nic is quite fast.

Shaking is good, but I don't think it's enough on its' own, unless you've got arms like a paint mixer.
And even then... there's a reason those things run for ten minutes.

I prefer to include a lot of rolling, tipping from end to end every few seconds.
And I "roll mix" for a few seconds before using the juice. And a little shake.

@call me Fresh - I just shake it till I see a lot of wee bubbles then wait for them to dissipate then vape - works for me and I am at the 12mg nic phase. After the topper is needing more I tend to roll not shake, before refilling.

I just use one of these for 2 mins if it is a shake and vape recipe. The potential problem isn't with the NIC mixing, it is the flavors steeping properly for flavor. Otherwise I do 2 mins a day for about a week for most recipes. It saves the arm muscles. lol
