mixing percentage ?

I am trying to confirm that if I am mix diy juice and I use the below formula, that I should set my total flavoring % in a juice calculator to coincide with the below percentages. So in this case 13%. I have been using E-juice Calc v13 from a member here, its an excel spread sheet.

7% flavor 1
3% flavor 2
1% flavor 3
2% flavor 4

I use and endorse ejuicemeup calculator. It's used by many on the Forum. The answer to your question is yes. Your juice will have 13% flavoring and 87% PG/VG/nicotine. In your juice calculator, this 13%, which may be PG, and your nicotine, which may be PG, VG or a mixture is added to PG and VG to achieve your desired PG/VG ratio and nicotine content, e.g., 18 mg/ml. Generally, your nicotine base is diluted with PG and VG (and flavoring) to achieve your target ratio and nicotine content (usually 0 - 3.6%), or zero to 36 mg/ml. Anything else we can help you with?

The calculator would look something like this image that shows a juice with a 60/40 PG/VG ratio at 18 mg/ml nicotine and 13% flavoring. Good luck to you.
