Mixing question

i see alot about people getting their own nicotine, bases, non nic flavours....

i was wondering.

lets say i have a 18ml nic blueberry,
and an 18mil DK-tab.

can i mix them if they already have nic in them?


why do people do it thee other way.?

Just getting in to it myself but I wanted to save money, have the freedom to make the flavors I wanted, make thinner 100% VG juice that would work well in cartos yet still have some throat hit, and part of it was just for the hobby itself.

If your vender mixes are 18mg, any ratio remix will be 18mg. Ya can get some great combo flavs that way.
