Mixing Sequence Considerations?

What's your preferred sequence?

Nic base, flavors, filler PG/VG. My notebook entries are all in that sequence, it's how I mix.

i usually add my nic (pg) first, then the VG/PG, and last the flavoring.

I start with base, then add filler then flavors - dunno why, probably because of the way my supplies are organized.

I start with what would least contaminate the next, etc. so I go VG, PG, Nic, then flavors. If I went the other way, since I often times reuse syringes or pipette tips (changing tips only between flavors), I would contaminate my nic with flavors, or my base with nic and flavors. Going VG then PG, I help rinse the thick VG out for my PG based Nic.

I don't use any particular order. I grab whatever is closest and check it off my list right after I add it. Then I set the 'stock' bottle to the side as an extra precaution to not use the same ingredient twice. I also double check my final volumes when I'm done to make sure everything adds up correctly.

Actually, this is my sequence for the same reason as yours. Thanx!

I always follow a set pattern, and as I add each ingredient I recap it and move it from my left to my right. That way if I get interrupted I always know where I am in my recipe.
As far as the order goes, I like to have my 50mg nic exposed for the minimum amount of time in case of a spill. So I go PG, VG. Flavours, then finally Nic.

I do vg/pg , then flavors..I do my nic last...in case I don't like the flavor, I don't wanna waste my nic...lol
