You Could use a Sawz-All. Or a Hand Sander. Or Tap the Bottles to your Ceiling Fan Blades. But all that seems like Work.
I just put a Freshly Mixed Bottle in one of these and run it for about a Week.

After a Week, if the Cap on the Bottle Hasn't come off, my e-Liquid Tasted Great.
Of Course, it Tastes the Same as if I had just put my e-Liquid in a Cool, Dark Place for 7 Days. But if I did that, I wouldn't have an Excuse to buy a Rock Tumbler now would I?
...
This thing vibrates like something you just wouldn't believe! .... Maybe you could throw a bottle of juice in there for about 12 hours and let it vibrate itself to oblivion?

I was just thinking ...
Before reloading, I clean and shine the brass cases in a 'Lyman' 1200 Auto-Flo Turbo Tumbler which is filled with crushed walnut shells.
This thing vibrates like something you just wouldn't believe! .... Maybe you could throw a bottle of juice in there for about 12 hours and let it vibrate itself to oblivion?
Damn. All this time I been using a jackhammer. Dumb me.
Jeeeze ... It is not my intension to laugh at anyone here, but I think some of you folks are taking this way too much to the extreme.
Just put the cap on the bottle and give it a few hard and fast shakes with your hand .... Your not going to mix your juice anymore than that!
The molecular structure of you juice ain't going to change at all just because your vibrating the hell out of it with a sawzall, random orbital sander, or something like that.
Ever hear the old expression .... "You got way too much time on your hands"!![]()

I use a dermal with a brush attachment works great
Dermal? Please explain. Or did you mean Dremel?
Ive seen how you can attach a bottle to a sawzall to shake up some e juice but all i have is a plug in hand sander....thinking about rigging something up to mix up my e juice with it.
also...does adding heat....hot water over the bottle....help mix the juice up better at all?
