SO i've been told that mixing VG and water with each other alone first then adding the PG flavor and nic etc. make your e-juice better... but then ive heard mixing PG/VG first then mix flavor/nic/water and then dumping the smaller amount of solution (flavor/nic/water) into the bigger sloution...So my question is..does it even matter??? and if so what is the reason?

Does not matter in the mixing but you need to keep doing it in the same sequence each time. You should not need to add water. But i you do use distilled water. Hope you did all your homework on mixing and are using some kind of recipe software. As long as you do it the same way each time and let it steep it should be good. You should have more than one measuring device for large and small portions. Don't use a 10ml syringe to measure out .2 ml of something. Wear gloves and eye protection and don't mix during a tv show etc. When starting out don't use higher than 36mg nic base. I you mess up it is not as big a deal.

i meant i use distilled water. i have eye protection gloves and a full cloth suite that i wear when i mix. i use 3 ml droppers for my 10ml soultions and 10ml syringe for larger soultions like 50ml (i don't find them very accurate). i use 100 mg base nicotine but i am very carefull with it, i even wear a breathing device when i open it. i tend to mix like 20 batches a day of 10 ml soultions all different flavors (unless im doing a focus group or something of that nature) and don't use the nicotine on a regular basis yet ( until i get my recipes down ). also i use the E-juice calculator app on my phone to help me with the measurements.

I like hearing when people take some Precautions when working around High Nicotine Bases.

As to Order of Mixing? I don't think it really matters.
