This supercharged nic is the culprit for causing majority addiction cases in 1st time smokers. It hits harder and causes the body to release more dopamine.

This bond is very hard to breakdown by our body and vapor molecues are too big to reach the deepest part of our lungs. so it reaches the brain in a longer time. this delayed onset of nic hit is some sort of a delayed gratification for the body thereby tricking it into needing less and less nic.

Do you guys vape in the open? Looking at the amount some guys vape a day, where do you find the space to do so in private?

that is something iv been wondering about. i had looked into growing my own tobacco which i never ended up doing cuz i switched to vaping but i read somewhere that there are many kinds of nicotine. like the stuff in the gum is different from what you smoke. is the nicotine in juice the same as in cigs? iv been steadily moving up in the amount i vape at 18mg now at about 5ml a day. when i first started i was getting nauseous from how much i was vaping 30mg and it was a journey finding the right level to match the pack a day i was smoking.
But, you cannot compare it like that. It is like comparing apples and oranges. Nicotine is absorbed totally differently when smoking cigarettes, than when vaping.
I vape openly in public with an ego-t upgrade. i think if more people vape publicly then more people will ask more questions and become interested in vaping. i have had many people ask me what it is and ended up sending them away with a card to a supplier i used recently or info on a website/somewhere to go to get a good pv. i think that the ones that are sold in stores are turning people away from vaping because of a bad experience. they never seem to be matched right (battery/ correct resistance) so seeing someone vaping on a device that doesnt look like a cig can open there eyes to the wide world of vaping.

I find myself doing both. It kind of depends on how bad I'm craving the nicotine at the time. If it's first thing in the morning or after a heavy meal it goes straight to the lungs. If I'm just absent mindedly puffing away while browsing forums or what not I'll draw it into my mouth first.
As far as how much ml I'm using, I'd say about 4-5 a day in almost a week of being new to vaping since last weekend.
For a noob like me, 1 PAD smoker, how much mg and ml should I get if I'd want to totally stop analog?
I do a mouth inhale till i cant take in anymore and straightaway change to a lung inhale without exhaling.
Suggest u try on a mechanical cos all the regulated mods have a safety cutoff.
