MLV Order times-is this normal?

I've only ordered from Maple Leaf Vapes twice, and here I am again, waiting. The first time It was at least a week before there was any movement on my order. This time, it's going to also be at least a week. I placed an order on the 3rd, sent my payment in immediately with interac transfer, and I'm sitting here on a Friday night, looking at the status of my order which says "processing".

I could have had 2 orders from Juggie in the same amount of time!

Is this usual, or do I just have really bad luck with MLV?

My one and only experience with MLV: It was processed next business day, shipped same day it was processed.

I've only ordered from MLV once - when they had the last $9.99 sale and I don't remember them taking longer than any other vendor. I don't ever remember hearing about them being slow either, so you might just be having bad luck.

Why not email them and ask ?

I'm in the same boat as you.
First order took 8 business days. Didn't even get processed in the first week. It was for a bunch of samplers.
So I get the order and love some flavours, so
Holiday Monday I order to get the 20% off. email transfer accepted tuesday. I also made hardware order at canvape at same time. It arrived Wednesday.
It's now Saturday and the MLV order is still proccessing.
It's so frustrating, I'm dieing to vape these new flavours.

I did contact him both times after a week and he said it was shipping that day. No explanation why it takes a week +. This Friday he said he'd ship that day, but still processing. So if he ships Monday I should get it Wednesday
I find MLV ejuice perfect for me so I'll just be sure in the future to order before I run low.

I have ordered multiple times from MLV in fact they are my go to juice supplier. Usually, everything is shipped out in a timely fashion with no issues. The only time I ave had it take a week was when they have a super sale and are inundated with a huge back log of orders. I do know that there was another contributing factor to the slow and I believe that has been cleared up. But only Ian can comment on that. I suspect orders will be going out here a.s.a.p so don't worry I'm sure "Your juice is in the mail" if not now it will be shortly.

My orders with MLV (usually sample sets) have taken a few days to a week to process before they are shipped out. I chalk it up to Ian being busy with the ejuice business and probably another full time job. If he's just had a sale, I would also think he's got even more orders to contend with. He's a really nice guy and makes some good e-juice, so I just try to plan for a week or so for delivery when I time an order from him. Luckily, I have a ridiculous amount of samples that I can resort to if any of my juice orders from vendors is delayed.

I'm hoping no one took this thread as a gripe/slam on Ian. I don't have any experience with MLV, so I was looking for other's experience.

That said, Ian sent me a PM apologizing for the delay and explaining the situation.

I hope I didn't sour anyone's outlook on MLV. As I said, I was just looking for some personal experience. Overall from the comments, it seems like Ian is usually pretty prompt, and I've just had bad luck in when I place my orders.

well sometimes the shipments are a bit slow but if u really like his juice as i do 9 the only juice i like from canada ) u just have to try and order a bit in advance to avoid the possible wait , i know ian makes his juices fresh , this could be part of the reason its a tad slow sometimes , i dont really know but the juice is amazing and ian is a really cool guy , he has helped me out a couple times when in a bind , even when i ran out of juice before pay day he sent me an order before i had paid just cause he knew i was out of juice ,said i could just pay him the week after , great service in my opinion and i dont mind waiting a short while . i know we all want our juices in a matter of days but sometimes patience is a virtue , hang in there im sure he will have it out to u soon

I think it's a great thing that people know how long it may take for orders - it alleviates the anxiousness as you wait for vapemail. Waiting for stuff from the US can be long - especially since there's no real way to track its progress.

I use Ian quite a bit as well and he has always been great and quick on delivery. The only times I find things slow down is when I order hardware from him but it always gets out within the week. I just tried Stinky Canuck and their juice is great 70/30 compared to MPV 50/50. Just a matter of what one likes. Wendy is great and all my orders usually leave the same day as I ordered them. Try them out they are great and are now my number one vender in Canada.

This wouldn't deter me from ordering from MLV again, seems to me like they're one of top few Canadian juice vendors that get suggested by people. I think we're a bit spoiled sometimes, with everyone usually getting things out the same day or next day, especially for made to order juices.

i usually just expect to wait a bit longer for MLV juices. Especially if there is a sale or something. Blueberry cheesecake makes up for the wait.
