I am so glad to see others getting interested in this fine mod and it finding some new love.
Your pictures have caught everyone's eyes and they can not resist the temptation to have their own Poldiac. I am so glad I responded to Roxy's post when she was looking for a 23mm mod and I told her about the 22.6mm Poldiac and the great sale that was going on at the present time. Then she told you and you finally got your dream mod and then posted the pictures and comments.
.........then everybody wanted one !!!!!!!

Your "porn" highlighted the "artistic" qualities of the Poldiac the best that I have ever seen. The members on the forum really follow your lead in selecting products for themselves. They have a lot of trust in your opinions.

I am just the "technical" fanatic that wants to know every detail about a device and I guess this comes from my mechanical engineering background. I do love to share my admiration for all products that Jim and MMV manufactures.

I have definitely have you on technical standby Porter .. I will be breaking down the switch for cleaning as soon as I have time (which is like never :cry). The switch is a bit intimidating so I am a little nervous about not getting the assembly right. But thank you baby Jesus that Jim has a video of the switch assembly that I can watch as I put it back together. Then I have you in wings in case I have other questions

A little surprised that you didn't go for the OverOne RDA which seems to be in your wheel house as the build really needs to be done just right on this one.

It was very hard choosing just one for now, I like the satin/polished contrast too so there may be another one in the near future I'm very pleased with my first Poldiac choice tho and can't wait to finally own one

Not sure if I could compete with your stunning Poldiac porn, your dark backdrop and excellent light positioning really brought out the art that Jim crafted into the Poldiac. The details just popped out and looked great! Very good job Nikki

I just got my Uma a few days ago. It's so much nicer in person than any pictures I've seen of it. It has posed a problem for me, although a good problem. My other brass or brass trimmed mech's I like the soft patina of the brass when it ages. The Uma looks so darn nice all sparkly and shiny I'm perplexed whether to let the finish 'age' or keep it like 'new'.

I use Autosol Metal Polish that I get from work for all my metals. Shines everything up great

I do have OCD so I guess you can call it extreme but I also got some copper mods that will tarnish just by looking at them and much more when handled I'm not a fan of clear coating my mods so a cotton glove seemed the next logical step for me

Even though it cost me some unnecessary cash, I just pulled the trigger on a 22.6mm satin OverOne to pair with my soon to be delivered Full Satin Classic Poldiac. Had I not been in such a hurry to order the Poldiac I could have snagged the bundle deal and saved a good bit of cash. But, no regrets. I can't wait until my MMV goodies arrive!

So true .. I love all of the Poldiacs so there really is no wrong choice. You could always get a set of satin pants and shirt later and then you would have a Miriam

Thank you so much, the Poldiac is such an easy subject because its so beautiful. I literally captured all of the details that I have admired about it from a far for these years .. It was exciting for me to finally see it and touch it in real life. The Poldiac was my dream mod

I have one goal when I take pictures of a set up, and that is to make people see it the way that I see it, to make them appreciate its beauty the way that I do. Now we can all love together!

I think you will really enjoy the OverOne. I have been using one every day since they were first released and it is by far my favorite dripper. I asked Jim, the owner of MMV, every few weeks last year to make us a dripper as did a few others. He finally said he had the design in his head and would make us a dripper. Others were then making suggestions on how it should be built and such. I just told them I had no suggestions as I fully trusted Jim to build the best dripper known to man. I mean this man had already built the best mechanical mod ever made and for sure did not need any input for a dripper design from me. He had also already built some great Jenny style atomizers also.
And he delivered big time with the OverOne.
