What are the ratings (amps and mAh) for that MNKE?

Something like this is often a perception matter, but....
Since it's a rewrap of one of the big manufacturer's batteries it could be a Samsung 30Q or LG HG2 3000mAh battery. These would last longer than the VTC4 or HE4 and with a 0.3 ohm coil would have a fairly flat discharge voltage for a decent amount of time.

I remember picking the pair up at a B&M in a pinch and they were cheap and out of the Sonys.

    From rdtvapor:
    From MNKE 18650 3.7V 2000mAh

    Nominal Specifications:

    Nominal capacity: 2000mAh (standard charge /0.2C discharge, 2.75V cut-off)

    Minimum capacity:1900mAh (standard charge /0.2C discharge, 2.75V cut-off)

    Charging voltage: 4.2±0.025 V

    Nominal voltage: 3.7V

    Charging method: CC-CV (100mA cut-off)

    Resistance: ≤20mΩ

    Max. discharge current(continuous): 20A (at 25±3°C)

    Max rated discharge current: 30A

    Max pulse discharge current: 60A

    Discharge cut-off Voltage: 2.75V±0.05V

    Weight: 43±1 g

    Thanks!

If they were 30Q's or HG2's I think they would have rated them higher than 2000mAh. Don't know what cells they use. If you wanted to take an in-focus shot of the top and bottom of the MNKE I might be able to match it up to the photos of one of the batteries I've tested. But it can be tough to do with the wrap still on so it might not be worth it.

MNKE makes their own batteries. Realize these are only 20 amps continuous discharge rate. I had them rated at 1500 mAh, but perhaps MNKE has upgraded them recently.

Well, that certainly explains why it didn't match anything I had tested. Thanks @Baditude!
