When I go to the mobile site it shows the basic frame, but shows no information for products. Anyone else have the problem?
I have that problem as well using a transformer prime running jelly bean. I usually switch to the browser version and get a bunch of redirects and it times out. I have to click on the si link for it that is when i can see it. I spent 30 minutes and gave up so I can't say how to fix it and i tried everything that i could think of.When I go to the mobile site it shows the basic frame, but shows no information for products. I'm using an Android tablet so I don't know what to say other than let SI know in case it's a problem with the script on the mobile site.
Do you use the mobile version? If so do you see the coupon code when ordering. For the life of me I can't find it. Also do you get redirects? I only get them when trying to switch at SI site from desktop to mobile views. Tried last night and now it does it both way.
No, I use the full site through a browser. I've never ordered using the tablet, I find it much easier to use the desktop instead....bad eyes and a place to put the coffee cup, credit card and extra CE3 down while ordering.
It automatically directs me there on my iPhone. It started working now, but doesn't allow me to select options ie strength of juice. When I click it doesn't show any of the options.
On the iPhone, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the "desktop site" button
