Since I refuse to join "The Women's Room" for reasons driven purely by an overabundance of testoserone, I figured I'd just post this here.

I am thinking I am going to make a Ms. FOG LOG.
She will be pink and proudly boast a decal of Rosie the Riviter and the Breast Cancer Ribbon.

It will be given to the highest bidder making a donation to The Breast Cancer Foundation.

If there is any interest, please let me know and I will get cracking.

I will make the unit, post pics so you know what you are getting, and go from there.

Good day ladies...:)

I present to you... "the Ms. FOG LOG"

100_1924.jpg

The Ms. FOG LOG is equipped to use a 901 atomizer, an 18650 battery (3.7 volts - recommended for a minimum of 2 days between charges and long atomizer life), or pair of cr2's for the 6 volt option.
Both atomizer and battery will need to be furnished. A quick e-bay/Google search will turn up a myriad of options for battery & charger combinations starting as low as $14.00. Protected batteries are the safest option, but ultimately up to you.
I had some concern about the batch of switches used. On my test 'LOGS' they needed a day or two to loosten up a bit, but have been working flawlessly since. If you have any intermitten non-firing issues, give it a few days of use to break the switch in. I will replace the switch, no charge should it become an issue.

Here's how I envision this working:
The 3 highest donations to the National Breast Cancer foundation will win a Ms. FOG LOG. Donations can be made here https://www.nationalbreastcancer.org/donate/
This will end at 7:00 PM CST, Friday 8-21-09. I will notify the winners and ask for proof of their donation. You should be able to print/fax/e-mail me proof once the donation is made. Upon receiving this, the unit will be mailed to you free of charge.
Note: Please do not donate until after you have recieved notification that you have won.

Thanks to all of you who showed interest. I am sure we can all agree this is definately a worthy cause.

A SPECIAL thanks to Drew at www.Nhaler.com for donating the battery connectors! It is rumored that The Ms. FOG LOG absolutely loves Drew's juices which are conveniently available for purchase at www.Nhaler.com. wink wink...

If anyone has any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to ask.
Good luck!

Well, I don't make any homemade mods (I've only just modded my 510 PCC), so I'm not sure what these things would cost or be worth... Please don't take my rather modest "bid" as a reflection of the quality of these wonderful pieces of art! I am simply "bidding" what I can afford, as a hard-working, under-paid husband and father.

;-)

So that said, I offer $50!
