[MOD] Creative MuVo N200 MP3 Player

Hi everyone,

Nothing fancy, I had an old MP3 player and as usual, I looked at it and was thinking about modding it, like I do with every electronic device now

Here is the result

It vape really good. At the beggining, I wanted to incorporate a LED near the little window but I changed my mind, so it could be nicer. I said to myself, meh!! as long as it work

I think those DealExtreme Ultrafice 10440 are not protected, I really gotta go read what is the way to not get them to explode in my face.. I think its dangerous to get them too low and also not charge them over night (overcharge it).. Am I right ? more not-to-do tips with those 10440??

I was looking at that and thinking about what items could be integrated into the e-cig.. not just e-cig related things but options aside from vaping, like an e-cig with a clock or pedometer/vape meter (how many drags have you had today?)

or LED displays on e-cig stats. Atomizer temp, battery level, etc.

Nice looking mod DOC! You can buy the protection circuit and just wire it right into the battery circuit. Here is the same one yjey use for the 14500 batts.:

Im glad if it gave you a modding idea Porphy, I had the same flash while doing this one... like, if I could keep the mp3 part of it working, or keep a cellphone working capabilities and just reroute the power to an atomizer socket too.

A2dcovert, about those protection circuit, since I just summoned the china guy and his rowboat from china/Dx .. and dont wanna wait 4 more weeks to get the protective circuit, what is the good way to handle those... like, as soon as I feel a lowering in power, stop using them and charge em for a small amount of hours and check the voltage on em with a voltmeter ?

Baterries will not drain lower than 3.5 v since e-cigs will not work under that voltage, as long as you have a charger that works for those batteries, you are good to go.
