Edit: This morning the problem is gone. My theory is that I may have been pulling fumes from crazy glue through the carto. So who'da thought that crazy glue adds very strong throat hit

Original question

So I'm working on a new copper bottom feeder mod, got most of the body put together, hammered the 510 connector and drip cup into it and decided to test the connection from it to the body. Took the carto out of my VMod, and hand-touched the positive wire and mod body to the same battery I just pulled out of the same VMod.

Little vapor, tons of throat hit. As in, too much throat hit.

Do you guys have any ideas as to why the same carto would taste differently in a different body? I put both carto and battery back into the VMod, and they taste normal :(

I assume there is something wrong with my connection, but I have no idea what. Is my wire too thin?

Thank you!
