3.56v, I'd give it time to stabilize and charge it.
Let it sit a day or two and read its charge. 4.10v+ would indicate it is holding properly.
A Chip failure, smoke/fire?? is not necessarily a battery killer. Voltage looks okay and these batteries have been tested to a 100a Burst so they will take a load.
If the Battery was not to hot to pull it was likely nowhere near runaway.
