I want to get an RTA and start building my own coils and all I've got for mods are pico 75w and eleaf tc 40 so I'm wondering if my pico is enough power to run an RTA I'm guessing it should be but I'd like to get a good all around mod and save that little pico for back up and for the RTA I've got a few in mind just reading up on everything right now but I always like real life experience suggestions

I'm running the Vaperesso Gemini on my PICO with a .35 dual coil build.

Sorry for not adding a suggestion here, but it just amazes me how much and fast things have changed. You ask if 75 watts is enough, man not that long ago a 15 watt regulated device was the highest you could get, I use to hope and pray for the day even a 20 would happen and now they have over 200. Hope it keeps going.

I was thinking something 200w but not sure which one yet and the avocado but still looking around
Note that if you want to go over 120w with acceptable battery life you should get a three-battery mod. You can get there with 3000 mAh 20-amp batteries such as the LG hg2, Samsung 30q, or Sony vtc6. Two 30 amp batteries can give you about 180w safely, but you'll be limited to 1500 mAh batteries and thus not have much of a battery runtime.

I would look into getting an eleaf istick 200w. Triple 18650 so battery life rocks (ususally a couple days depending), & 200W so u can pretty much do whatever kind of build u want. Also looks cool, fits in hand well, and is super cheap. U can get one for like $35

I have the laisimo and the sigelei 218 triple batt. I vape at 115 on the tfv8 which is not a hot vape at all just plentiful. Especially when the coil is rated to 300 watts. The battery life lasts a whole day for me. The triple batteries still get changed at the end of the night but they would last well into the second day.

75 isn't too low at all I stay at 60 watts on the tfv8 baby and it's really nice. Just depends on the capability of the tank for me
it wasn't you, just the general feeling in this thread that 75w was too low for an RTA/RDTA and i'm like what? sure i could see that for some RDA setups... but really? if i had the batteries, my mod can fire down to .1 and up to 75w. that could satisfy a lot of inner cloud cravings for most i'd think.

What you have will work as everyone has stated. Now if you don't want to carry extra batteries that is a different story. On my single battery 75 watt mod with preferred build ( .5 ohm dual coil 26 gauge) I don't get a full day of consistent thick vapor on a single battery. At about 35-40% battery life performance sags a bit.

Since you seem to be looking for suggestions...... I would be looking at the Hohm Wrecker G2, super light compared to my other dual battery mods. a little chunky but it has a certain charisma about it. I also love my Therion, it is 75 watts but with 2 batteries I get 2 full days of use from a single charge. Once again it is only 75 watts, but it is parallel not series. With two batteries I get solid performance all the way to the blinking battery icon. Wattage on many of these mods is a marketing gimmick. They are not pushing the actual wattage stated. Pick what you like.

I have bought lots of merch only to find that I use my Therion more than any other mod. Hohm wrecker is super sweet though and vapor cube runs a special on them often where you can get one for less than $50. Of the 20 mods I have my Lost Vape stuff gets most of my attention. And the wrecker pretty much gets the rest.

I second the Serpent Mini as a solid RTA.
