Modified sine wave

Here's one for our knowledgeable battery/electronics folks.

I own one 26650 battery. Its charger requires a 110/120 outlet to plug into. Since I live in an 18 wheel rolling asylum most of the time I'm using a 12 volt DC to 120 volt AC power inverter. Should I be concerned about the 'modified sine wave' produced by this inverter?

But a more popular setup would be to use a usb charger like the nitecore um10 and a usb adapter in the cigarette lighter.

Thank you. @edyle I didn't know that there were USB compatible chargers available for the removable batteries.
