My attempt at a Candied Cavendish clone. Not that I ever could, TPR's Candied Cavendish is full of fabulosity and NET and I'll still buy it. But this is close. So close.

Keeping in mind that my pipettes are 36 drops to 1ml and this is for a 10ml batch...

TFA Black Honey tobacco~ .25ml + 1 drop
TFA Ripe Banana~ .25ml
TFA French Vanilla~ .25ml
Hangsen RY1~ 5 drops
TFA Double RY4~ .33ml
TFA tobacco Absolute 50% dilution~ 1 drop

2-3 drops apple cider vinegar

I know some people don't like Ripe Banana but it's way in the background. I don't like any other banana so I don't know what they'd do.

Hi Glasseye. Couple questions, if you don't mind.
1) I don't have Hangsen RY1, but have TPA-- may I sub and if so, do I need to change percentage?
2) My TFA Tobacco absolute is already diluted from the "pure" and is PG based with EM. Should I dilute it 50% or....?
3) I have only white vinegar- is that a game changer?

Thanks in advance. If your answers give me the go ahead, this will be my 3rd multi-flavor. I respect your ECF input.

I don't mind at all, but I don't know how much help I'll be. lol

1) Which TFA tobacco do you have? They make an RY1? As far as I know, there is only Hangsen RY1. Since there is so little of it on one hand, but on the other hand it does make a difference, I'm not sure. If there is a plain tobacco that you know you like, I don't see why a sub wouldn't work. Just start with a little and see.

2) That TFA Tobacco Absolute is how I bought it. It says 50% dilution right on the bottle. Again, there is so little but one drop goes a long way. Did you make yours or is that how you bought it?

3) I honestly don't know the answer to that one. I want to say yes, it might be a game changer. The apple cider vinegar does something fabulous to the banana and the tobacco. But would white vinegar do the same thing? I just don't know.

4) The last time I made this I added 2 drops right from the bottle of VZSC Island Tobacco and it was even better. Totally optional.

Me: Nope- bought it from WL. Is yours cut with alcohol? Did you buy yours from WL?

Oh, OK! I'm kinda slow sometimes. lol

Hangsen RY1 is completely different from RY4. There are no caramel notes, it's a plain tobacco, quite nice. I think RY4 might add too much of a good thing since the recipe has RY4 Double already. But I haven't tried, it might be awesome. I'd be no help on percentages there. Feel free to tweak and post! I don't know about you, but when I make a recipe IRL, I never follow the darn thing 100%. lol

I got the Tobacco Absolute 50% dilution from RTS, it is alcohol based, there is no mention of EM.
BTW, RTS is now selling the Hangsen flavors, I just checked and they have RY1. Woohoo!

I just went and smelled the vinegars, white and cider. Cider is more mellow and not as sharp.

Here is the page for Island with some reviews. I don't get overbearing coconut like one review, to me it's barely there.
